Tony Odisho Extensions are made of Indian temple (Eastern European) hair. Beware of extensions containing synthetic, Asian, or brushed hair which must be treated with additional chemicals to hide inferior product quality.How are extensions applied?

Your stylist will consult with you to determine exactly how many you will need. The style, length, and volume of your natural hair as well as your desired look are all key factors in determining the amount of extensions you'll need. With a partial application of 25-75 strands, you can easily add volume or a specific highlight or lowlight color. A partial application can also correct a bad haircut or an awkward, in-between style. A full application of 100-150 strands can dramatically change your natural hair by adding length, maximizing thickness and volume, or adding a range of highlights and lowlights.How long does it take to apply extensions?
Are you imagining yourself sitting in a stylist's chair for hours and hours on end? Think again! Gone are the days when extension applications take a full day. Application time depends on the number of strands you are having added and the condition of your natural hair, but full applications generally take 1-3 hours maximum.How long will do extensions last?

Extension Preparation
Tony Odisho Extensions feature a patented keratin protein bond identical to that of the natural hair. In order to bond effectively, natural hair must be clean, completely dry, and free of all products. Wash your hair twice with clarifying shampoo, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Do not use conditioner or other products in your hair. This is the single most important factor for creating durable, long lasting bonds that won't slip, fall out, or damage the natural hair.Caring for your Extensions
Tony Odisho Extensions can be washed, styled, or colored just 24 hours after application. Never turn your head upside down or agitate the hair while washing or drying. We recommend washing with the Ostia Collection Shampoo. Apply shampoo at the top of the head and use a downward motion to gently work the cleanser from root to tip. After rinsing, apply Ostia Conditioning Mask from the middle to the end of the strand. Comb with a wide toothcomb and rinse. Gently towel dry hair using a blotting motion and apply Ostia Detangling Mist. Style as usual, preferably with products from the Ostia Collection, a premiere hair care line designed specifically to maintain the health of extensions and natural hair. Brush once or twice per day with a Tony Odisho Extensions Brush.
Over time, there will be loss of some extensions. This is normal. We lose between 50 and 100 hairs a day as part of our natural shedding process. Some of those hairs will have extensions attached to them. Over time, some extensions will naturally loosen and come out.
Styling
Use a good spray-on detangler, such as the Ostia Detangling Mist, and comb through with a wide toothed pick comb. Ask your Exsalonce expert extension stylist for other product recommendations.Sleeping and Swimming
It is normal to experience short-term, mild discomfort while sleeping. It's best to sleep with your hair in a low, loose ponytail or bun secured by a wide band or scrunchie. For swimming, use the same low bun or a swim cap to prevent tangling.
